This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment of 80 m2 with an open plan living room kitchen in a villa with a large 600 m2 garden located in the residential area of Nea Erythrea, close to Kifissia in the green Northern Suburbs of Athens. There is safe enclosed parking, TV, free high speed internet connection and international telephone.
The apartment comes fully equipped with all the conveniences, a private entrance and its own garden.
Ideal for a family of four, the apartment is available for both short term and long term rental.
The apartment is close to banks, shopping, grocery stores, bakeries, butchers shops, greengrocers and a large supermarket. There are a number of restaurants (Chinese, Mexican, Greek, International, seafood) as well as cafes within walking distance.The sea is less than 30 min. drive from the apartment.
The lovely Square at Kefalari in Kifissia with its cafes and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. A childrens playground is very close by. Kifissia is a very lively suburb with clubs, cafes, restaurants and shopping, art galleries and the Natural History museum.
The Metro to the center of Athens is less than ten minutes' drive from the apartment. The Metro to the center of Athens takes about 25-30 minutes. Buses to the Kifissia Metro station run regularly from a nearby street. The National Highway No.1 going South into Athens and along the Attica Highway to Peloponese and North is less than a minute away.
The hosts, who live in the same villa, will do everything to make you feel at home and make your stay memorable. They will be happy to guide you to places of interest in Athens and Greece in general and assist you in making reservations for tips to the Greek islands.
